At the end of August 2011 a new team came along that asserted itself as having a golden vein, establishing itself on the front page of the rich team list within a season, and in the top few positions within two seasons. It was a team that shattered the Euro-centric financial glass ceiling with an instinct of extracting wealth in controversial ways, pioneering new income strategies such as the first divisional dopping schemes; and a technique only older managers would be aware of, the nicknamed rider “butchering,” a scheme which saw authorities introduce declining cyclist value with age to counter in a bid to protect cyclist wellbeing. But then, after little more than two seasons, the team suddenly closed operations just as it had set the platform for greater success.
Such was the proficiency in wealth-creating that even after almost twenty-five seasons of inactivity Australian Warlord was still on the list for OCM’s top twenty richest teams. Returning in season forty-three, the team again quickly asserted itself as the richest in all of OCM, topping the list whilst at the same time slowly building a team roster to challenge in races at the top levels of OCM.
In season 54, after a total of thirteen seasons of active activity, and many others of mothballed inactivity, it reached the goal of Division 1, finishing 9th for the season & ending the season with the TT WC jersey. After a lacklustre season 55 finishing barely outside Div 1, it regained Div 1 status despite missing vital tours, and ended with both an u23 TT WC jersey, and a second TT WC jersey. These were to be the team’s final official competitive races.
Now, with the team’s assets being sold off, it has passed the 10 million cash barrier, an amount never before reached by any team. With major cyclists yet to transfer to their new teams, including Akkerboom, Daina, Dechev, Simon, & Snoo, the final balance before the mothballing of activities is expected to pass 13 million.
Since its inception, Australian Warlord has been the one constant at the top of OCM’s rich list, a byword for wealth in OCM, the non-European team showing that you didn’t need to be European to be profitable. Whether the team returns in any capacity in the future is unclear, however it presents proof that money needn’t be a barrier for new teams to reach the top echelons of OCM.

Loved this weird flex.
Textbook protestantism.
Be sure that the orthodox archangels , led by a traditional catholic ethos through their traditional catholic manager will do everything to put an end to theis Mammonic reign
I hope you aren't leaving the game for ever and find a way that suits you. It would be a pitty for all the money:)
Your bank account is really impressive and a nice achievement.
Well, there are plenty of other things in life, but having no Rustgold around in OCM will certainly lessen the community.
I'd say it's a good & firming possibility.
Great release. Love everything about it except what sounds like the end of Australian Warlord.
